• Newsletter: email address.
• Calls and WhatsApp: information you choose to provide when contacting us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data, and the website is not intended for minors.

• Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations: pre-contractual measures.
• Reviewing partnership applications: pre-contractual measures.
• Sending the newsletter: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Data is accessible only to authorised Oscar Aluminium staff and service providers necessary to operate the website, including Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Google for Maps and Firebase App Check, and Meta only where advertising-measurement consent has been granted. Some providers may process data outside Morocco under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

• Contact and quotation requests: three years after the last exchange.
• Partner applications: two years.
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
• Accounting documents related to an order: ten years where legally required.

7. Cookies and local storage

The Meta advertising-measurement tracker is enabled only after your prior consent. You may accept or reject it through the consent banner. Essential storage used for your consent choice and saved favourites does not require advertising consent.

8. Social networks

Links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary external links. No social plug-in sends browsing data from our pages before you choose to visit those services.
