A composite material designed for the facade

The STACBOND composite panel consists of two aluminium sheets enclosing a central core, forming a light, rigid and perfectly flat panel. This type of material is widely used for facade cladding, and for dressing parapets, balconies or architectural volumes that call for a homogeneous, durable finish.

Two versions according to project requirements

Oscar Aluminium distributes STACBOND in the A2 version, suited to the majority of residential and commercial cladding projects, and in the FR (Fire Retardant) version, whose core offers a better reaction to fire — a criterion increasingly required on commercial buildings, premises open to the public and high-rise blocks.

Lightness, flatness and ease of installation

The lightness of the composite panel reduces loads on the supporting structure and makes handling on site easier. Panels can be cut, folded and shaped to produce bespoke cladding, casings or facade elements with complex forms, while retaining perfect flatness across large areas.

A wide palette of finishes

Available in a broad range of colours and finishes — plain, metallic, brushed effect — the STACBOND composite panel makes it possible to create contemporary facades in varied shades, consistent with the building's aluminium joinery. Oscar Aluminium advises facade contractors on choosing the version and finish suited to each specification.
